Project Info:

Develop an R Shiny application to analyze movement patterns and assign migration dates for GPS collared ungulates. The application is connected directly to the Wildlife Tracker database hosted in the Google Cloud Platform, creating an efficient and seamless workflow for Utah. Users query and assign dates through an interactive map and NSD plots. Assigned dates are uploaded directly to GCP where further analysis can be run in the cloud environment.
